Alistair Walker began his whisky journey in 1997 in sales and marketing role at Burn Stewart Distillers. Throughout his career he worked at Benriach, Glenglassaugh and GlenDronach Distilleries. After the distilleries were sold to a new owner, Alistair decided to become his own boss and put the years of experience in the whisky industry into good use by creating Alistair Walker Whisky - Independent bottler company. His infrequent Flyers Collection concentrates on lesser-known and smaller distilleries and bottling them from a single cask without chill filtering or artificial colouring,
