A Single Malt from Annandale Distillery. Distilled in November 2015 and aged in Oloroso Sherry Butt for 7 years before bottling. Bottles at 54.9% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration.

TASTING NOTES 

NOSE Plum Belgian loaf with extra treacle.
PALATE Cinnamon soup with pink peppercorn croutons.
FINISH Treacle sorbet with a pickled ginger dusting.
