As an independent bottler, North Star sources the most excellent quality, obscure and rare whiskies from all over Scotland. The company was founded in 2016 by Ian Croucher, who was previously working at another independent bottler - A.D Rattray.
Over the years, North star gained recognition, fanbase and an array of awards.
