This single malt was distilled in November 2015 at the Annandale distillery, located in Annan at the banks of Solway Firth using non-peated barley. It was aged for 7 years in a single Oloroso sherry butt, with imparted rich, treacle notes and delicate ginger spice into this delicate single malt.
It was bottled by North star for their 21st batch, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring at natural cask strength.
