Portsmouth 2019 Rum Single Cask

The Portsmouth Distillery is situated 100 meters from the sea in the ancient Fort Cumberland. The distillery was founded in 2018 and was a welcomed addition to the UK's craft rum industry. 

This rum, matured in ex-bourbon barrels for three years, has a golden hue with intense and rich flavour, which easily could be mistaken for an older release. Notes of vanilla combine with rich citrus and candied fruit, resulting in balanced, classy rum with a textured mouthfeel and a satisfying, lingering finish.
