Single cask whisky distilled at Glen Spey distillery on September 2006. Matured for 14 years in a refill hogshead and finished in Oloroso. Bottled by North Star Spirits at natural cask strength.
Nose: Toasted vanilla pods, fresh ginger and cola cubes.
Palate: Crisp, creamy hazelnut profiteroles.
Finish: Sweet.
