Over the past few years, seasonal small batch releases from Lochlea Distillery have showcased their signature style in four different ways. As a working farm, these expressions tie-in with what is happening on the farm at that time of the year.

Sowing Edition (Third Crop) is the first in a new and final set of four limited editions, marking the end of their Seasonal trilogy. Matured in 100% fresh 1st-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, these casks are 9 months older than those used in Sowing Edition (Second Crop), and the difference is incredible!

This whisky really highlights the floral aromatics associated with distilling in the colder months.
