This small batch release from Kilkerran Distillery sure is a big dram. 

Heavily peated and bottled at a cask strength of 59.2%, it is a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, with the majority of bourbon casks, 

This small batch was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE  Notes of freshly baked shortbread, cream soda, banana loaf and coconut shavings.
PALATE The creamy, vanilla notes carry through to the palate in notes of buttered digestive biscuits and custard creams. 
FINISH Prominent peat, along with hints of gooseberries.
