Ginkie gin was created by us in collaboration with lost loch spirits. 

Ginkie is an old Scots word meaning: “a light-hearted, light-footed lassie.” 

It is a limited edition gin available in our store only during the winter season. 

We used the finest ingredients and one of the purest waters in the world from the cairngorms national park, to ensure the best quality. We combined fresh apples and Deeside honey with cassia bark, cubeb, almonds and fresh mint to create a balance of fruity sweetness and warming spice.
