This rum was distilled at a secret Fiji Distillery and aged for 8 years in a single cask (#22). 

Fiji is one of the only countries where the entire distilling process is done by hand, from the cutting and pressing of the sugar cane to the labelling of the bottles. An amazing agricole style rum, with a distinctive punch of overripe banana, pepper and mineral funk unique to Fiji. This limited release was distilled on 10th May 2014 from molasses with a pot still and aged for 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled in March 2023. 

Only 271 bottles produced.
