This single malt from Auchentoshan Distillery was distilled in October 2007, aged for 13 years and finished in an Oloroso Hogshead before bottling in July 2021. North Star Spirits bottled it without chill-filtration or artificial colour at natural cask strength. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Cherries in syrup, old sweet shop hard-boiled sweets & fizzy apple juice.
PALATE Oily hazelnuts, rich dark chocolate & hints of new leather.
FINISH Peanut butter & Dundee marmalade on thick toast.
