The Obscurities & Curiosities is a collection created by North Star Spirits to accommodate all the extraordinary oddities that they come across as an independent bottler. This single malt was distilled at Undisclosed Distillery located in the Speyside region of Scotland in November 2010 and bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Stewed apples & pears in sugar-coated pastry. 
PALATE Sweet white pepper, peanut butter & bramble jelly. 
FINISH Light sherry, perfect wood big finish.
