The Obscurities & Curiosities is a collection created by North Star Spirits to accommodate all the extraordinary oddities that they come across as an independent bottler. This single malt was distilled near Ballindaloch in the Speyside region of Scotland in October 2011, aged for 11 years and bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Golden syrup sponge pudding, a dod of raspberry jam. 
PALATE Biting into a warm snapdragon candy apple. 
FINISH Spiced honeydew melon frappuccino, if there is such a thing?
