Caperdonich Distillery
ABV: 49.7% 70 cL
This very limited release was distilled in October 1992 at Caperdonich, a lost distillery that closed in 2001 and was demolished in 2010. It was aged for 30 years in a single-refill hogshead, resulting in notes of early peppered steak, autumn fruits and honey. It was bottled by Douglas Laing for their Extra Old Particular collection without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Tax included.
