This single malt was distilled on the 6th of April 2020 at the White Peak Distillery in central England. It was fully matured in shaved, toasted, and re-charred ex-wine barrique for 5 years, creating notes of cherry cola, blackberry, malt biscuit, baking spices, and liquorice, which balance beautifully with delicate peat smoke. 

Bottled on 28th of August 2025 by Fragrant Drops at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 


Nose

Cherries, ice cream wafers, salted peanut skins, cola cubes, beeswax, candy floss, light peatsmoke, blackberry, charred oak, strawberry laces.

Palate

Oily! sarsaparilla, white pepper, cherry menthol, burnt apple and salted butter.

Finish

Juicy Fruit chewing gum, malt biscuits, nut, wood tannins, baking spices, salted caramel, liquorice.
