This single malt was distilled on the 10th of June 1998 at a very secret Speyside Distillery. It was aged for 26 long years in a single bourbon hogshead, resulting in sweet and tropical flavours with notes of coconut and crème brûlêe. It was bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Little Brown Dog Spirits in October 2024. 

Nose

Beaumes de Venise, candy floss, bounty bars.

Palate

Crème brulé, poached pears and grand cru Malibu if such a thing were to exist.

Finish

Toasted coconut and fizz wizz popping candy.
