This single malt was distilled in 2003 at an undisclosed distillery in Orkney. It was aged for 22 years, including a finishing period of 5 years and 10 months in a single Marsala hogshead, creating a malt with notes of chocolate, honey and oranges. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Alistair Walker for his Infrequent Flyer Collection. 

Nose

Engaging aroma of ripe red plums, citrus notes and toasted oak.

Palate

Honey, chocolate orange and crème brûlée. Roasted peanuts. A touch of cinnamon spice.
