Tullibardine 10 Years Old 2014 Pintail

ABV: 54.1% 70 cL

This single malt was distilled in 2014 at the Tullibardine Distillery, located in Perthshire. It was firstly aged in ex-bourbon barrel and then finished for more than three years in a cask, that previously held Calvados apple brandy from Normandy, France. 

It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring and at natural cask strength by The Whisky Cellar for their Pintail Collection  

Nose

Green apple skins, dried apricots, damp meadow flowers, charred oak and warming spice.

Palate

Honey-drenched orchard fruit salad, buttery pastry, cinnamon spice, vanilla.

Finish

Cooked apples, white peppercorn heat, toasted oak.
