This single malt from Tormore Distillery was distilled on the 31st of August 2008 and has been aged in a Pedro Ximenéz casks for 15 years. Bottled at natural cask strength of 58.6% ABV, without chill filtration or artificial colouring, this whisky has a bright mahogany colour, with notes of dried and baked fruits, with warming festive spice. 


Nose

Deep, heavy fruit aromas. Rum and raisin fudge. Oven baked apples and raisin strudel.

Palate

Weighty, mouth-coating and lush, this is super tasty, with a classic PX sherry influence - stewed raisins and sultanas, rich cocoa and molten brown sugar. Cinnabons, with a touch of warming all-spice and ginger.
