Region Speyside

Glenlosie Distillery, founded in 1876 near Elgin in Speyside, produces light, fresh, and floral single malt whisky. Owned by Diageo, it mainly supplies whisky for blends like Ballantine’s but also releases occasional single malts. The distillery uses traditional copper pot stills and water from Ballintomb Burn. Glenlosie was modernised in the 1960s while keeping its traditional character.
