Award winning micro-batch chocolate, handcrafted from bean to bar. This chocolate is rich, creamy and luxurious with deep chocolate tones and notes of fudge, raisin and double cream.
The box is made from recycled paper coffee cups & is recyclable, and the inside wrapper is compostable.

87% Chardonnay
13% Meunier
Classic vinification in stainless steel vats, with no malolactic fermentation. Blended with red wine made from grapes harvested in Damery.
Blend: 52% 2016, 27% 2015, 18% 2014 and 3% 2013
Bottled in March 2017 and disgorged in 2022 after spending 5 years in cellars.
