James Eadie Ltd.

Teaninich 11 Years Old

ABV: 48.3% 70 cL

This single malt was distilled at Teaninich Distillery, located in the Highland region of Scotland. It was aged and finished in hogsheads, that previously held Malaga wine, a fortified, sweet wine from Spain. It was bottled by James Eadie without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

Nose

Fresh notes of apricot, peach, mango and papaya are all immediately present, joined by thick beeswax and marzipan, with an undercurrent of green tea and cut grass.

Palate

Creamy, thick and full-bodied as Greek yoghurt, honeyed oats and white grapes combine with more savoury flavours of burnt caramel and camomile.

Finish

Matcha green tea cheesecake with clotted cream and apricots
