The final release of this small batch blended Scotch Whisky from Thompson Bros. Aged over 9 years, this is a magnificent "accident" that resulted in a blend far greater than the sum of its parts.
Since the first release of this blend, the remaining casks have rested in Dornoch Distillery warehouse for several more years. By spending additional time in the wood, this final batch brings deeper, more resonant maturity to the spirit, with it's character evolving into a dense profile of antique leather and mahogany polish.
