ABV: 56.8% 70 cL

This single malt from Tamnavulin Distillery was distilled on the 4th of August 2011 and matured in a 1st fill Sherry Hogshead before being finished in a 1st fill Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogshead for 9 months. Bottled at cask strength of 56.8% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration. 


Only 314 Bottles were produced. 

Nose

Chocolate ganache mixed with citric fruit and floral notes.

Palate

Tannins and peppery spicy notes along with a hint of orange zest.

Finish

Becomes much creamier and sweeter.
