Cask Series 27 celebrates North Star's 10th anniversary, which they chose to mark by doing what they do best - bottling remarkable spirits.

The light and fruity new-make spirit was put to rest for 12 years in four refill Pedro Ximénez Octaves, creating a rich, fruity malt with notes of red berry fruits, chocolate marzipan, and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strenght, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Bonne maman marmalade and toffee apples.
Creamy red berry fruits.
A chocolate marzipan found at the back of a well-polished dressing table - in a good way.
Tax included.

Tamnavulin Distillery, opened in 1966 in the village of Tomnavoulin in Speyside, is known for producing a soft, approachable single malt geared toward easy drinking and blend-friendly character. Using modern production methods, long fermentations, and tall stills, it creates a light, creamy spirit with gentle notes of vanilla, toffee, orchard fruit, and malt sweetness. In recent years, Tamnavulin has become more visible as a single malt, often finished in sherry, red wine, or other casks to add richness and depth. Set beside the River Livet and surrounded by farmland, the distillery combines contemporary efficiency with a mellow, crowd-pleasing Speyside style.
