This 12 years old single malt from Speyside region bottled by Ferg & Harris was distilled in 2010 and initially matured in first fill bourbon casks then re-racked, spending the last six months in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads. 

Bottled at cask strength of 55.7% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration.

Nose

Scents of toffee, baked figs, rich raisins.

Palate

A quick hit of sherry sweetness on the palate. Lighter fruity notes follow.

Finish

Coats the mouth and throat. Finishes in warm, smooth fashion.
