This specialist blend combines single malts from Speyside and the Highlands, bottled at 46% without chill-filtration and with natural colour, so every drop keeps its full character.

Nose it and you'll find fruit loaf, walnuts and warming kitchen spices, opening up into rich fruit cake with plump raisins and sultanas over a buttery base. The palate is smooth and generous, starting sweet with a touch of dates before building to a gentle ginger warmth and a playful, peppery tingle. A few drops of water soften it beautifully. The finish is medium-long, well-rounded and balanced, with no smoke in sight.
