Opens with a very enticing round fruitiness met with a good deal of minerality. The refill wood has allowed the spirit to develop great depth without overpowering the raw materials, rather transforming them into a beautiful mix of orchard fruit salad, honey and salt.

The medley of orchard fruits continues on the palate, followed by camphor, white pepper and some honeysuckle.

Great length, as you would expect from the age, with lots of wax and a little bit of white pepper, providing that signature bittersweetness to give a great deal of balance.
