Seven Sons 18 Years Old Blended Malt

ABV: 44.5% 70 cL

This blended whisky was created by Eight Doors Distillery for their Seven Sons range. It is made up of 75% grain and 25% malt whiskies, which were married in a refill sherry butt, creating rich, full flavour with notes of walnut, caramel and dried orchard fruits. 

The youngest whisky in the bunch was 18 years old at the time of bottling. 

Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Orkney fudge, dried orchard fruit, syrup, nutmeg, and caramel brittle.

Palate

Mocha, caramel, walnut, leather, tobacco, wood polish and golden syrup.

Finish

Medium, flashes of sharp dark fruit and tobacco again.
