The latest batch of the Seven Sons Blended Malt is aged 12 years. It was Matured in refill sherry seasoned hogshead.

It was bottled by 8 Doors Distillery at natural colour and no chill filtration.

Nose

Custard tart, riesling, porridge and honey.

Palate

Sweet custard, banana, light citrus, hay, walnut and a bitter oak spice. Water works well here.

Finish

Medium to long, drying with the oak spice lingering and an acidic sweetness.
