From the Wee Scottish Cider Company this Seidear -for Mulled is made from apples harvested by hand from the walled gardens of some of Scotland's most iconic castles. Prepare your own mulled cider by simmering at low temperature for 30 minutes in a pan together with dried orange slices, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and a hint of black pepper (provided in a cotton bag). Add Demerara or brown sugar until irresistible. 

Freshly pressed apples, unfiltered, not pasteurised, gluten free, no added sulphites.
