This single grain was distilled at an undisclosed distillery in 2004. It was aged for 20 years, including a finishing period in Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask, which brought richness and sweetness to the whisky. Expect dried cherries, cocoa and prunes, followed by honeyed cereal, orange zest and a genuine sherry warmth.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular Collection.
