This single malt was distilled in May 2012 at an undisclosed distillery on the Scottish Islands. It was aged for 13 years in a refill hogshead, adding delicious tropical sweetness to the maritime, peaty malt. 

It was bottled by North Star Spirits at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Heathery soft peat & banoffee pie.

Palate

Carmalised apples on a BBQ with cinnamon grahams.

Finish

Cinnamon funky fruit continues.
