A gin shaped by land and sea, combining the aromatic character of locally gathered Noble Fir needles with the coastal influence of Bladderwrack seaweed. Classic juniper sits at its heart, surrounded by layers of wild woodland, exotic fruit, bright citrus, gentle spice, and a refreshing coastal lift.

The recipe was crafted over 14 months of exploration and refinement, with 90 iterations used to create a precise balance of flavour, texture, and aroma. Each botanical plays a role in building a complete sensory experience — from the natural sweetness of mango and the freshness of orange to the forest bitterness of Noble Fir and the savoury depth of seaweed.

A touch of Green Sichuan pepper adds a delicate, warming tingle, while bay leaf brings a final note of freshness and complexity. The result is a modern coastal gin with depth, energy, and a character that reflects its unique surroundings.
