North Star Spirits have teamed up with the ever-notorious whisky Youtuber Ralfy to create a remarkable 11-year-old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky — with proceeds supporting Macmillan Cancer Support.

In true Ralfy fashion, this was no ordinary blending session. Over two hours, live in the Whisky Bothy and streamed to his Patreon community, Ralfy real-time blended five different Scotch whisky samples to craft what has become an epic new bottling — now wrapped proudly in North Star Spirits livery.

The Recipe (as bold as the personalities behind it):

• 29% Teaninich (Sherry Octave)
• 28% Secret Campbeltown (Refill Barrels)
• 19% Auchroisk (Refill Sherry Hogshead)
• 14% Caol Ila (Refill Hogshead)
• 10% Secret Speyside (First Fill Hogshead)

Bottled at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 1,320 bottles.

Nose

Sweeter/spicy phenolic & wood-rich. Raisin-oak, soft vanillas, syrupy gingers, soft plum & a little light french mustard. Adding water sweetens the nose & lifts cask influence.

Palate

Caol Ila peat, ginger, oakwood, soft liquorice with hints of absinthe. Adding water brings out saltiness, some tar & chimney-peat, with mint, floral & savoury green sage.
