This peated single malt from Raasay Distillery was aged 5 years in a highest quality Bordeaux Red wine cask from South West France. The wine cask imparted flavours of dried fruits, sultana, grape and Christmas cake that blend beautifully with delicate smoke and hint of saltiness.
