A 'Pitilie' single malt from Aberfeldy distillery in highland region. Bottled on the 29th January 2015 and aged for 9 years before bottling on the 27th August 2024.

Famed for its sweet, honeyed style, Aberfeldy Distillery produces the modern day 'Pitilie' single malt in tribute to the eponymous burn that is the water source for the distillery.

Spending one final year in a Tokaji cask, notes of stewed apple, balsamic and funky cider have been imparted, transforming this normally gentle style of single malt into a hugely complex and bold single cask release.

Bottled at 58.4% ABV, without artificial colour and no chill filtration.
