Peallach ('pyal-akh') is a pseudonym name for Ledaig, the heavily peated spirit produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. This spirit was distilled in November 2014 and was fully matured in a single refill bourbon barrel for 9 years, then finished for 8 months in a first fill Ximénez-Spinola Oloroso sherry barrique before bottling by The Spirit of Glaschu at 50% ABV, natural colour and no chill filtration.
