This single malt whisky was distilled in India at the Paul John Distillery in 2015 and aged for 6 years in a single barrel. The Distillery is located on the shores of Goa and is a part of small group of quality distillers.
They use exclusively 6-row barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas mountain and Scottish peat.
Bottled from a single cask for Spring Collection from Berry Bros. & Rudd without dilution, artificial colour or chill-filtration.
Peat smoke and vanilla with tropical fruits including bananas and mangos.
Complex, with dominating peat, followed by marmalade, baking spice and buttery shortbread.
