Bottled from a single cask at natural cask strength of 59.4% ABV, this single malt from a secret Orkney Distillery has been aged for 15 years in a Hogshead. Without chill filtration or artificial colouring.

Only 291 Bottles have been produced.

Nose

A spiced medley of baking spices intertwined with the aroma of crisp apple slices.

Palate

Confectionary sweetness takes centre stage, subtly overtaking the initial spicier notes.

Finish

Gentle smoke weaves through, adding depth without overpowering the delicate balance.
