This organic Mediterranean style gin by the Thompson Bros is another of their fascinating experiment made at their distillery in Dornoch. Using a blend of single distillations with botanicals such as bergamot, lemon, orange rosemary, thyme and bay leaf, this is a citrus led gin that is begging for a martini.
