Tasty Drams presents 100ml of a single malt from Bruichladdich Distillery in the Islay region was created using 100% Scottish Mainland Concerto Barley. It was aged for 5 years in Bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks, malted to 189.5 PPM and bottled at 61.6% ABV. This single malt explores the influence of barley grown in Church Field on Octomore Farm. A symphony of honeyed malt toasted grain and distinctive earthiness meet delicate threads of smoke and salinity.
