Bottled by Duncan Taylor, from their Octave Collection. 

This single malt was distilled in 2010 and has been aged for 13 years in oak casks before spending 3 months in a reconstructed ex sherry-wood Octave cask. Bottled at natural cask strength of 54.9% ABV in 2024, without chill filtration or artificial colouring. 

Only 91 Bottles have been produced.

• Owned and managed by the Grant family for 5 generations since 1865

NOSE: Toasted oak, sticky toffee pudding with hints of melon.
PALATE: Oak spice and white pepper, with toffee sponge, almonds, and melon.
FINISH: Lingering oak spice.
