This batch follows the principles of previous releases, with meticulous dilution over 47 days, reducing the ABV from 56.8% to 44.9% within the cask. Additionally, 3% heavily peated whisky has been subtly incorporated, enhancing its complexity.
Nose

Peaches, cream, coastal wet rocks, kiwi, white pepper, marzipan, and Riesling.

Palate

Gentle texture, thirst-quenching, mandarin citrus notes, jelly baby pillows, and mineral qualities.

Finish

Honeydew melon, waxy peaches, candle wax, and slate.
