TASTING NOTES:
| NOSE: | Big and beautiful; with hay, toffee mints, wham bars, toasted almonds, apple cake and kaffir lime. |
| PALATE: | A spice rack; with ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon, giving way to macaroons and light citrus |
| FINISH: | Nutty, creamy and a bit fizzy! Think walnuts, shortbread and sherbet dib dabs. |
