This single grain whisky was distilled at North British Distillery, located in Edinburgh, in November 1989. It was aged for 33 years in a single Refill Bourbon Barrel, resulting in notes of white chocolate, biscotti, golden rum, zingy lime, creme caramel, coconut wafers and oak spice.
Bottled by The Whisky Cellar at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
Only 168 bottles were produced.
