This single grain whisky was distilled in 2011 at the North British Distillery, which is often a spirit of choice for master blenders. Rather than put this outstanding liquid into a blend, Murray McDavid presents it to you as a single grain whisky that’s been skilfully finished in Caves de Murça (Tawny Port) and Ximénez-Spínola (PX Sherry) for three years, following initial maturation in traditional hogsheads. 

Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Murray McDavid for their Select Grain Collection. 

Nose

Stewed fruits, berries, and orange oils.

Palate

Marmalade, caramel sauce, and creamy.

Finish

Buttery, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
