This exceptional "mostly" unpeated 16 years old North Highland single malt gives us another opportunity to bring you a whisky born from a vatting error. A small amount of peated malt from the same distillery was accidentally added before re-racking into multiple different cask types. Imagine straying from marked trail on a Highland hike, only to reach the summit where a picnic of fruit scones with raspberry jam, coffee cake and sticky toffee pudding awaits.
