Introducing 12 Years Old Mossburn blended malt scotch whisky, finished in Domaine Dupont Calvados casks.

This collaboration with the Dupont family, Calvados producers in Normandy's Pays D'Auge since 1887, is the second in Mossburn series. The single malts for this blend were chosen from four Speyside distilleries and aged for 12 years in refill American oak hogsheads. Then married together and re-aged in French oak barrels that previously held Calvados and Pommeau, both typical of the Nrmandy region.

Bottled at 57.2%, this limited edition release comes from 18 hand-picked casks of different typed, with fills raging from 230 to 470 litres. Like all Mossburn Whiskies, this spirit of intrigue was bottled without any colouring or filtration.
