This single malt from Mortlach Distillery in Speyside region in Scotland. This 19 years old was distilled in 2005 and aged in refill Sherry hogshead before bottling on the 15th August 2024. This single malt showcases subtle vanilla aromas intertwining with milk chocolate and walnut. Baked apple flavours combine with vibrant citrus zest and raspberry. A medium bodied finish with toffee and a hint of aniseed.
Bottled at 56.2% ABV, at natural colour and with no chill filtration. Only 289 bottles produced.
